These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.dardeedeals.com (the "Website"), including purchases, bookings, digital products, and services provided by Dardee Deals LLC ("Dardee Deals," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Website, booking a service, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with our offerings, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Website and services. Additional agreements may apply to specific services. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.
1. About Dardee Deals
Dardee Deals LLC provides email marketing, customer retention, email experience design, consulting, digital resources, and related business support services. Our services help businesses improve communication after the sale, strengthen customer relationships, and encourage repeat purchases. We operate independently and may use third-party platforms, including Wix, Klaviyo, Asana, and other technology providers, to deliver our services.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Use
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase services or enter into agreements with Dardee Deals. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to the applicable agreement. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and business information and to use our Website only for lawful purposes.
3. Services and Offerings
Shay Day — $149
Shay Day is a paid email experience review and consultation designed to identify opportunities to improve customer communication and retention. Depending on the published service description, the engagement may include an email experience assessment, scorecard, consultation, and prioritized project plan. Shay Day does not include implementation, account management, email campaign development, or ongoing support unless expressly stated in writing.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee, subject to applicable law. If Dardee Deals cancels an appointment, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund.
Service Credit: Eligible clients may apply the $149 Shay Day purchase price toward the $888 Email Experience when purchasing that service within 14 calendar days after their completed Shay Day appointment. The credit is nontransferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be combined with other discounts unless approved, and may be applied only once.
The Email Experience — $888
The Email Experience is a one-time email marketing service offered at a starting package price of $888. The standard package includes: four email flows, four email campaigns, four email templates, build, activation, and testing of agreed deliverables, one consolidated revision round, and access to a client-facing project dashboard during the engagement. All work is subject to the agreed scope, required client assets, platform capabilities, and written service agreement. The $888 package requires payment in full before work begins. Requests beyond the agreed deliverables, additional revisions, ongoing campaign management, new integrations, or expanded strategy work may require a separate written quote and approval. Dardee Deals is not obligated to perform work outside the purchased scope.
Digital Products
We may sell downloadable guides, templates, workbooks, swipe files, checklists, and other educational materials. Digital products are provided under the license associated with the purchase. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership. Unless a product's license expressly permits it, customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly publish, or claim ownership of our materials. Additional restrictions and permissions may apply to individual license tiers.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout or in the applicable service agreement. Dardee Deals may use third-party payment processors to collect payments securely. We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue offers, or modify future service packages without advance notice. Changes do not alter an existing paid agreement unless permitted by that agreement or accepted by the customer. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. We may suspend services when payment is overdue, subject to applicable law and any governing agreement.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased offering, the stage of service delivery, the applicable agreement, and governing law. Shay Day cancellations are subject to the 24-hour notice requirement described above. For the Email Experience, any cancellation, refund, or payment adjustment will be determined under the signed service agreement and applicable law. Digital product refund eligibility will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable product terms. Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact Dardee Deals promptly so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: provide accurate and complete business information; supply required brand assets, content, credentials, and approvals; maintain active subscriptions to necessary third-party platforms; respond to project requests and approval deadlines; ensure that customer data and marketing lists were collected lawfully; and review deliverables for factual accuracy, pricing, offers, brand requirements, and regulatory compliance before approval. Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines. Dardee Deals is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, inaccessible accounts, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Email Marketing Compliance
Clients are responsible for the legality of their marketing activities, including consent, subscriber data, advertising claims, and applicable unsubscribe requirements. Dardee Deals may assist with configuring email marketing systems, but clients remain responsible for ensuring their business practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to decline requests involving deceptive marketing, unauthorized subscriber lists, unlawful data collection, or other activities that may violate applicable requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, designs, written materials, templates, educational resources, graphics, service frameworks, and other proprietary materials are owned by Dardee Deals LLC or used with permission. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without prior written authorization. Ownership and usage rights for custom client deliverables will be governed by the applicable service agreement. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing trademarks, logos, customer data, and materials supplied to Dardee Deals.
We recognize that clients may share confidential business information, customer records, marketing data, and account access credentials during an engagement. Dardee Deals will use reasonable safeguards to protect information received in connection with our services. Any specific confidentiality, data processing, or security obligations will be governed by the applicable service agreement and Privacy Policy. Clients should provide account access through secure, authorized methods rather than sending passwords through unsecured communication channels.
